Press ⌘D. It lands in the right folder.
Nestmark is a Chrome extension that files each new bookmark into one of the folders you already have. It shows you where it's going, then gives you three seconds to change your mind.
It works with what you already built.
Your folders, not ours
Nestmark never invents a folder or a tag when you save something. It picks from the tree you made.
Plain Chrome bookmarks
There's no second library. Everything stays in Chrome's own bookmarks, synced the way it always was. Uninstall Nestmark and your folders look exactly like you left them.
It asks when it isn't sure
Under 90% confidence nothing moves on its own. The bookmark waits in an Unfiled folder with its three best guesses, and you sort the stragglers when you feel like it.
And the two thousand bookmarks already in there?
- Re-file the whole libraryNestmark proposes a place for every bookmark and shows the result as a tree before a single one moves. One click puts everything back.
- Rebuild the folder structureIf your folders stopped making sense years ago, it drafts a new tree from what you actually save, and you edit it before applying.
- Health checkDead links, duplicates and empty folders. You review each list; nothing is deleted without you.
- Search by meaning"that post about sourdough hydration" finds the page you saved as "Bread math, part 2".

Questions
Which browsers does it work in?
Google Chrome on desktop, version 114 or later. Other Chromium browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store, such as Edge or Brave, usually work too, but Chrome is the one we test on.
Does it read the pages I visit?
No. It looks at a bookmark only when you create one, and only at the title and address. It never opens or reads the page itself.
What if it puts something in the wrong place?
Pick another folder from the card (press 1, 2 or 3), or press Esc to leave it in Unfiled. After it files something you also get an Undo button for a few seconds.
What happens to my bookmarks if I stop using it?
Nothing. They are ordinary Chrome bookmarks in ordinary folders. Remove the extension and they stay where they are.
Do I need an account?
Not to try it. The first 30 auto-filed bookmarks work without one. Signing in with Google or an emailed code gives you 100 a month and lets you upgrade.
How do I cancel?
From your account page or the link in your Creem receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Who makes this?
Nestmark is a small independent product. Write to hello@nestmark.dev — a person reads every message.
